An air cooler is not an air conditioner.
An evaporative cooler uses water evaporation, a misting fan disperses fine mist, and a compressor air conditioner uses a refrigeration cycle. Portable units can look similar while working differently and needing different conditions.

Maintaining a set temperature in an enclosed room is different from refreshing guests in a garden or marquee. We clarify the goal and ventilation before recommending equipment.
The Provent range presented here includes misting fans and evaporative coolers. We do not describe them as compressor-based portable air conditioners.
Evaporative cooling adds moisture to air as water evaporates. Its performance depends on starting humidity and temperature, with fresh airflow required. A fully enclosed room should not be assessed like an open terrace.
Air temperature at the unit outlet is not the temperature of the entire venue. Without measurements at your event, we do not promise a 10–15 °C reduction or any other fixed result.

We assess whether the available equipment suits those conditions and suggest a layout. If evaporative cooling is unsuitable, that should be clarified before booking.

No. Equipment count is only one factor. Humidity, sun, openness and airflow all affect the result, especially outdoors.
