Cooling equipment rental: frequently asked questions

No. A misting fan disperses a fine water mist, while an evaporative cooler cools air through water evaporation. Neither is a compressor air conditioner: fresh airflow is needed, and performance depends on temperature, humidity and the conditions at your venue.

We recommend equipment based on your space, guest count and conditions at the venue. Send the date, location and a description of your tent, garden, terrace or other setting, and we will suggest a layout. You can rent just one unit.

We select equipment for marquees, gardens, terraces, courtyards, salaš venues and other spaces with suitable fresh airflow. Before recommending units, we assess ventilation, guest areas and conditions at the venue. Fully enclosed spaces need individual assessment.

You can refill water and ice yourself or arrange this service with our team for an additional fee. We agree on who handles refills before the event. Refill frequency depends on the unit, operating settings and conditions of use.

Rental is charged per unit, per day. The total quote depends on the number of units and the delivery location, with no minimum unit order. Water and ice refills by our team are an optional service priced by agreement.

A booking is confirmed with a 50% deposit after availability is checked and the quote is accepted. You can pay in cash or by bank transfer. Contact us once you know your date so we can check the equipment available for your event.

Yes. Multi-day rental is available subject to an availability check. Rental is charged per unit, per day. Send the exact dates of use so we can prepare a quote and arrange delivery and collection.

Send the date, exact location, event type and approximate guest count. Add a description or photo of the venue and tell us whether it is open, covered or enclosed. We use these details to check availability and recommend equipment type, quantity and placement.

We deliver across Serbia, including Novi Sad, Vojvodina, Belgrade and Inđija. Delivery is free within 25 km by road of Novi Sad. For locations further away, the delivery calculation is included in your quote.

Provent delivers, sets up and collects the equipment at agreed times; customer collection is not available. Provide vehicle access, access to water and one or two power outlets as agreed for your equipment count. You can refill water and ice yourself or arrange this service with our team.

We deduct 25 km from each of four journeys and charge the remaining road distance at RSD 35/km. The four journeys cover delivery and its return, then collection and its return. For a venue 40 km away, the calculation is (40 − 25) × 4 × 35 = RSD 2,100, excluding equipment rental. The final amount is confirmed in your quote.

Delivery and setup times are agreed in advance around the event start time and access to the venue. We coordinate with you, your organiser or venue host so the equipment is ready before guests arrive. Collection after the event is also agreed in advance.
