We organise the service from Novi Sad for private and business customers, including events in Vojvodina, Belgrade, Inđija and elsewhere in Serbia. Your exact address and access determine the route; distance is not measured in a straight line.

Send your tent, restaurant, salaš venue or holiday home location and the available access times. Delivery, setup and collection are agreed in advance.

How is delivery beyond 25 km calculated?

We deduct 25 km from each journey and charge the remaining distance at RSD 35 per kilometre. Four journeys are counted: the outward and return trips for delivery, then the outward and return trips for collection.

Example: for a location 40 km away by road, the calculation is (40 − 25) × 4 × 35 = RSD 2,100. This is delivery only; equipment rental is added separately. The final route and amount are confirmed in your quote.

What do you provide, and what do we handle?

You provide vehicle access, water access and one or two power outlets as agreed for the equipment count. We deliver, position and prepare the units, then collect them after use. Customer collection is not available.

Rental is charged per unit, per day, with no minimum unit order. A 50% deposit confirms the booking, payable in cash or by bank transfer. Water and ice refills by our team are a separately priced service.

Is the 25 km allowance measured by road or straight-line distance?

It is road distance from Novi Sad. Your quote includes the actual route and delivery calculation for your location.
