For an outdoor party, we plan cooling around people: the places they gather, sit and dance. Provent recommends misting fans or evaporative coolers, then delivers and sets them up as agreed.

Plan the zones, not just the guest count.

A garden birthday, a poolside party and a larger gathering all have different layouts. We consider where guests meet on arrival, where they sit and where they move when the music starts.

Equipment can make selected areas more comfortable. We do not cool an entire outdoor site to a set temperature; we choose positions where airflow can make a useful difference.

Keep the evening flowing.

Before the party, we coordinate vehicle access, cable routes and water access with your plans for tables, the bar and sound equipment. Tell us the start time and how many days you need the units.

Rain and strong wind are unsuitable conditions for use. For fully outdoor events, placement depends on the venue and weather, without a guaranteed cooling result.

Frequently asked questions

Can I rent just one fan for a birthday party?

Yes. There is no minimum unit order, so you can rent one fan. Rental is charged per unit, per day, with delivery based on your location.

Do you provide cooling for larger parties or festival zones?

We can propose equipment for selected gathering areas based on the layout and expected attendance. Send a site sketch so we can assess suitability and equipment availability.

Who refills the water during the party?

You can refill water and ice yourself or arrange refills by our team for an additional agreed fee. Refill frequency depends on the unit and how it is used.
