Wedding cooling in Serbia

2026 season

You celebrate. We plan the cooling.

Provent rents misting fans and evaporative coolers for weddings in marquees, outdoors and in suitably ventilated spaces in Serbia. We coordinate equipment, placement and setup times with you and your organiser.

From the welcome to the final dance.

Wedding guests move between spaces: arrival drinks, the ceremony, tables and the dance floor. We start with your schedule and layout, paying attention to where most people will be during the hottest part of the day.

Send a table plan or venue photos. Together we choose equipment positions that account for walkways, decoration and catering needs, rather than using guest count alone.

Fewer arrangements on the wedding day.

Our team delivers, sets up and prepares the equipment, with collection agreed in advance. Your organiser or venue contact can help coordinate access, water and power outlets.

A 50% deposit confirms your date after the quote is agreed. If you want our team to refill water and ice during the event, this is arranged as a separate paid service.

Frequently asked questions

When should we book wedding cooling?

Get in touch once you know your date and venue. We check equipment availability, prepare a quote and confirm the booking with a 50% deposit.

Can you coordinate with our wedding planner?

Yes. We can agree on placement and setup times with your contact person, based on the venue details and equipment arrangement.

Do you recommend the same equipment for gardens and enclosed halls?

Not automatically. Openness and fresh airflow are key factors. Misting fans and evaporative coolers are not compressor air conditioners, so we first assess the conditions in the hall or garden.

Let’s arrange your date.

Send your date, location and guest count. We will check availability and prepare a quote.
