A layout that respects restaurant service.

We first establish whether you need cooling in a hall with openings, a covered area or a garden. Equipment positions then take account of staff routes, food service, entrances and guest seating.

For a restaurant event, a table plan, expected guest count and a practical setup window are useful. Equipment is chosen for specific conditions, without a universal promise for every venue.

A clear choice for open or enclosed spaces.

An evaporative cooler uses water evaporation and needs fresh airflow. It is not a replacement for compressor air conditioning in every enclosed dining room. We check how the space can be ventilated during use before quoting.

A misting fan works differently, so its position depends on the conditions and surrounding area. For gardens and terraces, see our dedicated outdoor cooling guide as well.

Frequently asked questions

Can a restaurant rent equipment for a single event?

Yes. We agree on the number of units and days needed, with delivery, setup and collection at arranged times.

Can an evaporative cooler replace our restaurant air conditioning?

It should not be treated as a direct replacement. Its operating principle and required conditions differ, so we first assess ventilation and how the space is used.

How can a restaurant pay for the rental?

Payment is available in cash or by bank transfer. A 50% deposit confirms the booking after the quote is accepted.
