For a restaurant garden, open terrace or private celebration, Provent plans cooling around sun exposure, shade and seating. We rent misting fans and evaporative coolers with delivery and setup.

Tell us when guests arrive and which tables will be in direct sunlight. Awnings, trees and canopies change the conditions, so photos taken around your planned event time are particularly useful.
We plan refreshment zones and clear routes around the existing tables. Cooling equipment works alongside shade and airflow; it does not set the temperature of an entire open garden.
Wind and layout shape the choice.
Misting fans introduce a fine water mist into moving air. Evaporative coolers use water evaporation inside the unit. Selection and placement depend on conditions around the seating area.
Rain and strong wind are unsuitable for use. Before setup, we check vehicle access, water and power. Refills can be handled by you or arranged with our team as a separate service.
